We have all seen or heard of someone suffering with cancer in some shape or form, a good friend has just lost his father from cancer and medical misdiagnosis, please please help raise awareness and give a few quid for a very worthy cause.

As with all families time, work, life gets in the way of our plans sometimes, this shoot was intended to complete an album I’m making for my mum, started in March! dates didn’t match one was in rehearsals the other in a shoot or training with the big dog, so finally we got it together and I had a ball, i don’t mean to brag but i will anyway, my nephew i think will be onstage somewhere in his life and Amilie my niece well, she preferred to be behind the camera, kissing the screen and amazed her big brother was in there somewhere! maybe she will follow in my footsteps in photography!

This morning was our first shoot together, Andra came to the studio first and shone as soon a i picked the camera up! It was quickly very clear Andra is a beautiful in photos as in real life! We then left the studio and met with a friend and photographer Matt Bridge Wilkinson where we continued shooting and Andra continued taking direction and shining!

This month we won a GOLD in the monthly competition at the society of wedding and portrait photographers (swpp) this is so special as they are hard to come by, and it’s our first! Image to follow tomorrow, tonight we celebrate! Xx
The dogs trust competition we took part in recently along with for other photographers covering six regions between us was judged giving us all our regional winners.
The judge I understand had the tricky decision of then choosing the national winner from all the regional winners, And I believe it was a very very close call!
So this makes the announcement even more special!
I’m over the moon for the owners of Molly the springer spaniel who when they first booked me they said wasn’t trained! I thought the shoot would be a nightmare! I was so pleasantly surprised Molly is a fabulous dog and a credit to her owners Lisa and Chris, congratulations both you have £300 on it’s way to you.
